Simply blend all the ingredients and season to taste. Green olives or sun-dried tomatoes can easily be substituted. Ideal for making Black Olive Palmiers.

  • 1. Add black olives, fresh thyme, capers, anchovies, garlic clove, lemon, salt, black pepper and olive oil to a clean food processor bowl
  • 2. Pulse in food processor until desired consistency
  • 3. Serve with crackers, or use to fill palmiers
