  2. Add dried yeast
  3. Add granulated sugar
  4. Add warm milk
  5. Mix until dissolved
  6. Add all purpose flour
  7. Mix until combined
  8. Let rest for 10min
  9. Get a clean medium bowl

  11. Add buckwheat flour
  12. Add salt
  13. Whisk briefly then set aside
  14. Replace batter on drop
  15. Add warm milk
  16. Transfer dry ingredients to batter gradually while mixing
  17. Whisk until smooth
  18. Get a clean small glass bowl
  19. Add unsalted butter
  20. Melt in microwave on low heat
  21. Transfer butter to batter
  22. Whisk until well combined and cover
  23. Let rise for approx 2h until doubled
  24. Stir
  25. Add egg yolk and mix
  26. Get a clean medium bowl
  27. Add egg white
  28. Whisk until stiff peaks form
  29. Fold egg whites into batter gently
  30. Heat unsalted butter
  31. Fry for approx 2min until golden brown
  32. Serve immediately
