  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. Roll out puff pastry onto a clean lightly floured surface
  4. Spread with black olive tapenade
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  6. Roll tightly
  7. Slice carefully
  8. Transfer pastry to 2 baking sheets
  9. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 220°C
  10. Transfer onto cooling rack
