  1. Pre-heat - 220°C
  2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. Prepare a clean lightly floured surface
  4. Roll out puff pastry
  5. Spread with black olive tapenade
  6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
  7. Roll tightly
  8. Slice carefully
  9. Transfer pastry to 2 baking sheets
  10. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 220°C
  11. Transfer onto cooling rack
