    Method

  • 1. Add chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, garlic clove, bay leaves, dried oregano, orange juice, beer and sea salt to a clean Dutch oven
  • 2. Add pork to liquid
  • 3. Cover
  • 4. Heat until boiling
  • 5. Simmer gently until tender - 1 hr 15 min
  • 6. Uncover
  • 7. Cook until liquid has evaporated while stirring occasionally
  • 8. Keep warm
