Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Add orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, ginger, garlic clove, maple syrup and cayenne pepper to a clean small bowl
  3. Mix until blended then set aside
  4. Add tofu to a clean baking pan
  5. Transfer marinade to tofu
  6. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  7. Stir gently
  8. Bake until browned - 15 min, 180°C
  9. Transfer tofu to plate and reserve liquid
  10. Retrieve small bowl
  11. Add lime, orange juice, rice vinegar and sea salt to the small bowl
  12. Mix well
  13. Cook soba noodles in a clean large saucepan then set aside
  14. Add broccoli and water to a clean large saucepan
  15. Simmer and strain - 30 sec
  16. Rinse until cool
  17. Add carrot, white cabbage, kale, cilantro, fresh basil and sesame seeds to a clean large mixing bowl
  18. Transfer pasta to salad
  19. Transfer vegetables to salad
  20. Pour marinade into salad and mix
  21. Add content of plate to salad
