    Method

  • 1. Add banana, mango, kefir cultured milk, chia seeds and baby spinach to a clean blender jug
  • 2. Blend - 30 sec, low speed
  • 3. Blend - 45 sec, high speed
  • 4. Transfer mixture to 2 small bowls
  • 5. Top with mixed fresh fruit
  • 6. Sprinkle with mixed seeds
