I'm addicted to these bowls in the morning. It's a great way to start the day and leaves me feeling satisfied and full of energy. I try to sneak vegetables or probiotics into everything, and it fits perfectly in this bowl. I love having a breakfast that takes me longer to eat than it does to make!

Step preview

  1. Add banana, mango, kefir cultured milk, chia seeds and baby spinach to a clean blender jug
  2. Blend - 30 sec, low speed
  3. Blend - 45 sec, high speed
  4. Transfer mixture to 2 small bowls
  5. Top with mixed fresh fruit
  6. Sprinkle with mixed seeds
