Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C, middle rack
2. Grease a clean loaf pan then set aside
3. Add banana and white sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix well until completely mixed and continue - 3 min
5. Add unsalted butter, egg and vanilla extract to the batter
6. Mix slowly until blended - paddle attachment
7. Add all purpose flour to the batter while mixing
8. Add baking soda and salt to the batter
9. Mix in chocolate chips to the batter slowly
10. Pour batter into loaf pan then set aside
11. Bake loaf pan - 1 hr 10 min, 175°C, middle rack
12. Remove from Oven
13. Let rest until cool - 15 min
14. Remove batter onto cooling rack
15. Serve batter
