Very yummy banana bread with optional chocolate chips

    ¾ cup (about 172.8 g)melted

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C, middle rack
  • 2. Grease a clean loaf pan then set aside
  • 3. Add banana and white sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix well until completely mixed and continue - 3 min
  • 5. Add unsalted butter, egg and vanilla extract to the batter
  • 6. Mix slowly until blended - paddle attachment
  • 7. Add all purpose flour to the batter while mixing
  • 8. Add baking soda and salt to the batter
  • 9. Mix in chocolate chips to the batter slowly
  • 10. Pour batter into loaf pan then set aside
  • 11. Bake - 1 hr 10 min, 175°C, middle rack
  • 12. Remove
  • 13. Let rest until cool - 15 min
  • 14. Remove large mixing bowl onto cooling rack
  • 15. Serve
