Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 175°C, middle rack
  2. Grease a clean loaf pan then set aside
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add mashed banana
  5. Add white sugar
  6. Mix well until completely mixed and continue - 3 min
  7. Add melted unsalted butter
  8. Add egg
  9. Add vanilla extract
  10. Mix slowly until blended - paddle attachment
  11. Add sifted all purpose flour while mixing
  12. Add baking soda
  13. Add salt
  14. Mix in chocolate chips slowly
  15. Pour batter into loaf pan then set aside
  16. Bake - 1 hr 10 min, 175°C, middle rack
  17. Remove
  18. Let rest until cool - 15 min
  19. Remove large mixing bowl onto cooling rack
  20. Serve
