Method
1. Add water, active dried yeast and sugar to a clean plastic container
2. Mix until blended then set aside
3. Add all purpose flour, kosher salt and extra virgin olive oil to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix completely until well combined
5. Pour yeast mixture into dough
6. Mix in gradually until dough forms
7. Turn out dough onto cutting board
8. Knead until elastic
9. Divide into quarters with dough scraper
10. Knead one by one
11. Form into balls then set aside
12. Grease 4 clean plastic containers
13. Transfer dough balls to 4 plastic containers one by one
14. Cover tightly
15. Let rise
