This easy recipe is designed for hand-tossed, restaurant-style pizzas that you can make at home. The instructions don't make sense toward the end because of the limitations of Drop Creator, but after mixing the ingredients into a shaggy mass, you knead it until it's elastic, divide it, knead the quarters a little more in your hands, and then put them in pint-size plastic containers that you've pre-greased with olive oil and seal while the dough rises at room temperature (see pic).
