A perfect stew for a cold day made with meat and veggies you can probably find at your local farmer's market. The main ingredients are pork shoulder, carrots, sweet potatoes and kale. This recipe is paleo and gluten-free.

  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add chopped sweet potato
  3. Add chopped carrot
  4. Add chopped kale
  5. Get a clean stockpot
  6. Add chopped pork shoulder
  7. Brown lightly - medium heat
  8. Add sea salt
  9. Add ground turmeric
  10. Add black pepper
  11. Transfer vegetables to stockpot
  12. Stir until lightly browned
  13. Add chicken stock
  14. Cover - medium heat
  15. Boil gently until thick while stirring occasionally - 45 min
  16. Garnish with fresh parsley
