    Method

  • 1. Add olive oil, strawberries, apple cider vinegar and salt & pepper to a clean blender jug
  • 2. Blend until smooth then set aside
  • 3. Add arugula, raddichio and cherry tomatoes to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Pour dressing into large mixing bowl
  • 5. Toss until completely mixed
  • 6. Add soft goat cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts to the large mixing bowl
  • 7. Serve
