    6 cups (1440ml)

Step preview

  1. Prepare a clean stockpot
  2. Add olive oil to the stockpot
  3. Heat - medium heat
  4. Add onion to the stockpot
  5. Sauté until softened - approx 5 min
  6. Add olive oil and chicken breast to the stockpot
  7. Cook while stirring occasionally
  8. Add kale, carrot, chicken stock, garlic powder, black pepper and salt to the stockpot
  9. Cook until just boiling then reduce heat
  10. Simmer - 40 min
  11. Add gnocchi to the stockpot
  12. Cook until just cooked and turn off heat - approx 5 min
  13. Mix milk into the stockpot
  14. Serve
