  1. Pre-heat - 160°C
  2. Get a clean large roasting dish
  3. Add cooked ham
  4. Score
  5. Add water
  6. Cover with foil
  7. Bake - 2 hr, 160°C
  8. Get a clean saucepan
  9. Add maple sugar
  10. Add wholegrain mustard
  11. Add apple cider vinegar
  12. Add pomegranate juice
  13. Heat until just boiling then reduce heat
  14. Simmer until thickened - approx 6 min
  15. Uncover meat
  16. Increase - 190°C
  17. Baste
  18. Bake - 40 min, 190°C
  19. Let rest - approx 20 min
  20. Slice with chef's knife
  21. Serve immediately
