Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 390°F
2. In a clean medium bowl mix together shortening, butter, sugar and egg
3. Add all purpose flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt and mix until the dough forms
4. Form into balls
5. Add sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl
6. Roll dough balls in small bowl thoroughly until coated
7. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
8. Bake until light golden - 8 min, 200°C / 390°F
9. Let cool on round wire rack and serve
