  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add shortening
  4. Add butter
  5. Add sugar
  6. Add egg
  7. Mix thoroughly
  8. Add all purpose flour
  9. Add cream of tartar
  10. Add baking soda
  11. Add salt
  12. Mix until dough forms
  13. Form into balls
  14. Get a clean small bowl
  15. Add sugar
  16. Add ground cinnamon
  17. Roll dough balls in small bowl thoroughly
  18. Transfer medium bowl to baking sheet
  19. Bake until light golden - 8 min, 200°C
  20. Let cool on round wire rack
  21. Serve
