  1. Pre-heat - 220°C
  2. Add pear, sugar and cornstarch to a clean small bowl
  3. Toss together then set aside
  4. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Lay out puff pastry the baking sheet
  6. Dot with brie evenly
  7. Arrange fruit in pie
  8. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary
  9. Bake until light golden - 25 min, 220°C
  10. Transfer onto cooling rack and let cool - approx 10 min
  11. Brush with honey
  12. Sprinkle with hazelnuts
  13. Cut into strips
  14. Serve
