Warm and buttery fluffy dinner rolls with the lightest pull-apart interior and soft, golden crust. These need a little time to rise, but require very little effort otherwise!

  2. Add active dried yeast
  3. Add all purpose flour
  4. Add warm water
  5. Whisk until combined
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl

  13. Mix yeast mixture into dough
  14. Add all purpose flour
  15. Mix until dough forms
  16. Get a clean small glass bowl
  17. Add salted butter
  18. Melt in microwave - low heat
  19. Transfer butter to dough
  20. Knead - approx 3 min
  21. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
  22. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl
  23. Cover large mixing bowl with plastic wrap
  24. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  25. Grease a clean medium roasting dish
  26. Turn out large mixing bowl on lightly-floured surface
  27. Divide
  28. Shape
  29. Transfer
  30. Cover medium roasting dish with plastic wrap
  31. Let rise - 40 min
  32. Pre-heat - 190°C
  33. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
