Method
1. Add active dried yeast, all purpose flour and water to a clean small bowl
2. Whisk until combined
3. Add salt, sugar, greek yogurt, water and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Whisk until well combined
5. Mix yeast mixture into dough
6. Add all purpose flour to the dough
7. Mix until dough forms
8. Add salted butter to a clean small glass bowl
9. Melt in microwave - low heat
10. Transfer content of small glass bowl to dough
11. Knead - approx 3 min
12. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
13. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl
14. Cover large mixing bowl with plastic wrap
15. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
16. Grease a clean medium roasting dish
17. Turn out large mixing bowl on lightly-floured surface
18. Divide dough into 12 pieces
19. Shape
20. Place the dough balls into the dish
21. Cover with plastic wrap
22. Let rise - 40 min
23. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
24. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
