Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Add butter, all purpose flour and scallion to a clean saucepan
  3. Heat until light golden - approx 1 min, medium heat
  4. Add milk to the saucepan
  5. Cook until thickened and turn off heat - approx 4 min
  6. Add dijon mustard, peas, fresh chives and mixed fresh fish to the saucepan
  7. Transfer content of saucepan to ceramic baking dish
  8. Add potato to the ceramic baking dish then fluff with a fork
  9. Add cheddar cheese to the ceramic baking dish
  10. Cook until golden brown - 30 min, 200°C
