Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Get a clean saucepan
  3. Add butter
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Add chopped scallion
  6. Heat until light golden - approx 1 min, medium heat
  7. Add milk
  8. Cook until thickened and turn off heat - approx 4 min
  9. Add dijon mustard
  10. Add frozen peas
  11. Add chopped fresh chives
  12. Add coarsely chopped mixed fresh fish
  13. Transfer content of saucepan to ceramic baking dish
  14. Add mashed potato then fluff with a fork
  15. Add grated cheddar cheese
  16. Cook until golden brown - 30 min, 200°C
