Since seeing the Ratatouille movie - I've always wanted to make this dish - so here it is.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Add tomato sauce, garlic clove, dried oregano and olive oil to a clean medium roasting dish
  3. Mix
  4. Add eggplant, red onion, green bell pepper, zucchini and olive oil to the medium roasting dish
  5. Cover with parchment paper
  6. Bake - 50 min, 180°C
