Step preview

  1. Add all purpose flour, unsalted butter, powdered sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Rub in until coarse crumbs form
  3. Add egg to the dough
  4. Mix gently until mixture comes together
  5. Wrap with plastic wrap
  6. Chill - approx 1 hr
