Step preview

  1. Add water and granulated sugar to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat until dissolved
  3. Add raspberries and lime to a clean small bowl
  4. Transfer fruit to purée
  5. Cook until soft - 5 min
  6. Blend until smooth
  7. Transfer purée to baking pan
  8. Freeze - 1 hr
  9. Scrape
  10. Freeze until set - approx 1 hr
  11. Scrape
