Quick and easy flatbreads, perfect to accompany a meal, serve with dips, or as wraps. Best eaten hot off the pan, drizzled with olive oil, and sprinkled with a little flaky sea salt or spice! (Vegan)

Step preview

  1. Add all purpose flour, active dried yeast and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Whisk until combined
  3. Make a well
  4. Add water and olive oil to the dough
  5. Mix until well combined
  6. Knead - 7 min
  7. Grease a clean medium bowl
  8. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  9. Cover with kitchen towel until doubled - approx 45 min
  10. Turn out large mixing bowl on lightly-floured surface
  11. Punch down medium bowl
  12. Divide large mixing bowl evenly
  13. Shape medium bowl
  14. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  15. Cook - approx 3 min
  16. Serve
