These are like mini pizza bites. And in the words of my father in law - very moorish. Ideally top these with mini pepperoni slices to make them like mini pizza bites, but I was catering for a vegetarian so I left them out.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease a clean muffin pan
  3. Add zucchini, egg, sea salt, white pepper, dried oregano, dried basil and gruyère cheese to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Transfer vegetables to muffin pan
  6. Press
  7. Add mozzarella cheese to the muffin pan
  8. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 180°C
  9. Let cool - 10 min
  10. Remove
