Method
1. Add rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, vegetable stock and pork tenderloin to a clean medium bowl
2. Coat
3. Marinate in fridge - 10 min
4. Add olive oil, garlic clove, scallion and fresh chili to a clean saucepan
5. Cook - approx 2 min, medium heat
6. Transfer meat to saucepan
7. Cook - approx 5 min, high heat
8. Add green beans to the saucepan
9. Cover with foil
10. Steam - approx 3 min
11. Serve
