  1. Get a clean medium bowl
  2. Add rice wine vinegar
  3. Add soy sauce
  4. Add sesame oil
  5. Add grated ginger
  6. Add vegetable stock
  7. Add sliced pork tenderloin
  8. Coat
  9. Marinate in fridge - 10 min
  10. Get a clean saucepan
  11. Add olive oil
  12. Add grated garlic clove
  13. Add chopped scallion
  14. Add finely chopped fresh chili
  15. Cook - approx 2 min, medium heat
  16. Transfer meat to saucepan
  17. Cook - approx 5 min, high heat
  18. Add green beans
  19. Cover with foil
  20. Steam - approx 3 min
  21. Serve
