    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C / 430°F
  • 2. Put your empty baking sheet into the oven to heat up
  • 3. Slice potatoes into chips
  • 4. Pat dry with paper towels
  • 5. Transfer to the mixing bowl and add olive oil, sunflower oil and sea salt
  • 6. Toss until coated
  • 7. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet
  • 8. Bake - 20 min, 220°C / 430°F
  • 9. Toss gently
  • 10. Bake until golden brown - around 20 min longer, 220°C / 430°F
  • 11. Add salmon filet, white wine, lemon, garlic clove, butter and lemon to a clean baking dish
  • 12. Bake - 20 min, 220°C / 430°F
  • 13. Serve
