Another buttery, lemony, garlicy fish dish - this time with Salmon. This is probably my favourite fish dinner. A nice treat to have on a Friday, and as the chips are done in the oven, it's a little bit easier on the tummy. Enjoy!

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 220°C
  2. Heat a clean baking sheet
  3. Get a clean cutting board
  4. Add potato
  5. Cut
  6. Pat dry with paper towels
  7. Transfer potatoes to large mixing bowl
  8. Add olive oil
  9. Add sunflower oil
  10. Add sea salt
  11. Toss until coated
  12. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet
  13. Bake - 20 min, 220°C
  14. Toss gently
  15. Bake until golden brown - approx 20 min, 220°C
  16. Get a clean baking dish
  17. Add salmon filet
  18. Add white wine
  19. Add juiced lemon
  20. Add crushed garlic clove
  21. Add cold butter
  22. Add slice of lemon
  23. Bake - 20 min, 220°C
  24. Serve
