*Gasps* microwave and hollandaise are not two words that usually go together, but trust me on this one. If you get it right it is delicious. The purists among us would refuse to call this a hollandaise, well then, it's an enriched lemon butter sauce. But whatever it is, it's darn tasty and very quick and easy. No double boiler in sight. It may take a few attempts to figure out your microwave, but it will be worth it so please persist.

  2. Whisk until light and fluffy - approx 2 min
  3. Add butter to the heatproof bowl slowly
  4. Heat - 20 sec
  5. Whisk

  9. Let rest - 1 min
  10. Serve
