Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 190°C
  2. Get a clean cutting board
  3. Add potato
  4. Chop into quarters
  5. Transfer potatoes to saucepan
  6. Add boiling water
  7. Boil - 10 min
  8. Drain with sieve
  9. Transfer potatoes to baking pan
  10. Crush
  11. Add olive oil
  12. Add black pepper
  13. Add salt
  14. Bake - 15 min, 190°C
  15. Remove
  16. Add hake fillet
  17. Bake - 10 min, 190°C
  18. Get a clean frying pan
  19. Add olive oil
  20. Add chopped scallion
  21. Add crushed garlic clove
  22. Add baby spinach
  23. Add nutmeg
  24. Panfry - approx 5 min
  25. Transfer vegetables to plate
  26. Arrange fish in plate
  27. Get a clean frying pan
  28. Add butter
  29. Add juiced lemon
  30. Melt
  31. Drizzle sauce with baking pan
