Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Add potato to a clean cutting board
  3. Chop into quarters
  4. Transfer potatoes to saucepan
  5. Add water to the potatoes
  6. Boil - 10 min
  7. Drain with sieve
  8. Transfer potatoes to baking pan
  9. Crush
  10. Add olive oil, black pepper and salt to the fish
  11. Bake - 15 min, 190°C
  12. Remove
  13. Add hake fillet to the fish
  14. Bake - 10 min, 190°C
  15. Add olive oil, scallion, garlic clove, baby spinach and nutmeg to a clean frying pan
  16. Panfry - approx 5 min
  17. Transfer vegetables to plate
  18. Arrange fish in plate
  19. Add butter and lemon to a clean frying pan
  20. Melt
  21. Drizzle sauce with content of baking pan
