Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Add black olives, garlic clove, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, salt, black pepper, water and olive oil to a clean saucepan then set aside
4. Add all purpose flour to a clean small bowl then set aside
5. Add egg to a clean small bowl then set aside
6. Add parmesan cheese to a clean small bowl then set aside
7. Heat olive oil with olives and spices until boiling
8. Add flour and mix until mixture comes together
9. Beat quickly until dough forms
10. Remove from heat
11. Add eggs to dough one by one while mixing
12. Add cheese
13. Mix until smooth
14. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
15. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 200°C
