  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add bran cereal
  4. Add cultured lowfat buttermilk
  5. Add unsweetened applesauce
  6. Add granulated sugar substitute
  7. Add egg
  8. Add canola oil
  9. Add molasses
  10. Mix until combined
  11. Set aside
  12. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  13. Add all purpose flour
  14. Add baking powder
  15. Add baking soda
  16. Mix until combined
  17. Transfer mixture to dry ingredients
  18. Mix slowly until combined
  19. Add blueberries
  20. Fold until combined
  21. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  22. Pour content of medium bowl into muffin pan
  23. Bake until skewer tests clean and let cool - 18 min, 190°C
