Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C / 375°F
2. Add bran cereal, cultured lowfat buttermilk, unsweetened applesauce, sugar substitute, egg, canola oil and molasses to a clean medium bowl
3. Mix until combined and set aside
4. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda to a clean large mixing bowl
5. Mix until combined
6. Transfer mixture to dry ingredients
7. Mix slowly until combined
8. Fold in blueberries
9. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
10. Pour batter into muffin pan
11. Bake until skewer tests clean and let cool - 18 min
