Immensely satisfying, Asian inspired quinoa dish. Make a whole load of this because you will be wanting a second serving and you will be wanting some for lunch the following day.
Ingredients
Olive oilas needed
Red bell pepper1sliced
Scallion1
Red onion1chopped
Quinoa100 gcooked
Egg1beaten
Sesame oilas needed
Soy sauceas needed
Limeas needed
Sesame seedsas neededtoasted
Green beans40 g
Steak160 gsliced
Ginger15 ggrated
Garlic clove1grated
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a clean frying pan
2. Add steak to the frying pan and fry for 3 min
3. Add ginger and garlic clove and fry 1 min
4. Transfer fried steak to small bowl
5. Add olive oil, red bell pepper, scallion and red onion to the frying pan
6. Cook - 3 min
7. Add green beans and cook - 1 min
8. Mix in quinoa and steak
9. Cook - 3 min
10. Stir in egg
11. Transfer quinoa to the serving plate and garnish with sesame oil, soy sauce, lime and sesame seeds
