Immensely satisfying, Asian inspired quinoa dish. Make a whole load of this because you will be wanting a second serving and you will be wanting some for lunch the following day.

    Method

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a clean frying pan
  • 2. Add steak to the frying pan and fry for 3 min
  • 3. Add ginger and garlic clove and fry 1 min
  • 4. Transfer fried steak to small bowl
  • 5. Add olive oil, red bell pepper, scallion and red onion to the frying pan
  • 6. Cook - 3 min
  • 7. Add green beans and cook - 1 min
  • 8. Mix in quinoa and steak
  • 9. Cook - 3 min
  • 10. Stir in egg
  • 11. Transfer quinoa to the serving plate and garnish with sesame oil, soy sauce, lime and sesame seeds
