Quinoa is such a wonderful grain, but so many people are afraid to try it because they are not sure how to cook it. It's quite similar to rice except it is best cooked in a stock or spiced water.This recipe is easily scaled up but you must coose the correct pot. Too large and the liquid will evaporate too quickly leaving underdone quinoa.
