A quick, simple gluten free chocolate brownie.

Step preview

  1. Add chocolate 70% and butter to a clean saucepan
  2. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  3. Melt gently until smooth
  4. Remove and let cool
  5. Add vanilla extract and caster sugar to the saucepan
  6. Mix until well combined
  7. Add egg to the saucepan
  8. Mix
  9. Add ground almonds and walnuts to the saucepan
  10. Mix until well combined
  11. Prepare a clean square pan with parchment paper
  12. Transfer content of saucepan to square pan
  13. Bake - 25 min, 170°C
  14. Remove until cool
  15. Serve
