Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside egg: beaten
  2. Get a clean saucepan
  3. Add chocolate 70%
  4. Add butter
  5. Pre-heat - 170°C
  6. Melt gently until smooth
  7. Remove and let cool
  8. Add vanilla extract
  9. Add caster sugar
  10. Mix until well combined
  11. Add prepared egg
  12. Mix
  13. Add ground almonds
  14. Add chopped walnuts
  15. Mix until well combined
  16. Prepare a clean square pan with parchment paper
  17. Transfer content of saucepan to square pan
  18. Bake - 25 min, 170°C
  19. Remove until cool
  20. Serve
