Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 171°C
2. Grease 3 clean mini doughnut pans
3. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt to a clean large mixing bowl and mix
4. Add salted butter to a clean medium bowl
5. Melt in microwave - low heat
6. Add buttermilk and egg to the medium bowl
7. Mix until combined
8. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
9. Mix batter until just combined
10. Pipe batter onto 3 mini doughnut pans
11. Bake until springy to touch - 5 min, 171°C
12. Add granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl and mix until blended
13. Add salted butter to a clean small glass bowl
14. Melt in microwave
15. Dip mini doughnut pans one by one
