    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C
  • 2. Add ground almonds, caster sugar, gluten-free flour, butter, almond extract and egg to a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Mix until well combined
  • 4. Grease a clean loaf pan
  • 5. Add blueberries to the loaf pan
  • 6. Transfer batter to loaf pan
  • 7. Bake - 35 min, 200°C
  • 8. Turn out
