  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Grease a clean pie dish
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add chopped apple
  5. Add juice of lemon
  6. Add all purpose flour
  7. Get pie dish
  8. Add granulated sugar
  9. Get large mixing bowl
  10. Add ground cinnamon
  11. Add salt
  12. Add cubed unsalted butter
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Let rest - approx 10 min
  15. Prepare a clean lightly floured surface
  16. Roll out basic pie crust
  17. Line pie dish
  18. Pour filling into pie dish
  19. Assemble
  20. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  21. Reduce - 160°C
  22. Bake until golden brown - 45 min, 160°C
  23. Let cool completely
