    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
  • 2. Prepare a clean baking sheet
  • 3. Add gluten-free baguette to the baking sheet
  • 4. Brush with olive oil thoroughly
  • 5. Bake until light golden - approx 5 min, 175°C / 350°F
  • 6. Spread with hard goat cheese generously
  • 7. Add fig jam to the bread sparingly
  • 8. Sprinkle with pistachios
  • 9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves
