Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 190°C
  2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Add whole milk yogurt, egg, milk, sunflower oil and vanilla extract to a clean medium bowl
  4. Mix until combined
  5. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Whisk briefly until combined
  7. Mix in wet ingredients to batter bit by bit
  8. Add chocolate chips to the batter
  9. Mix until combined
  10. Scoop batter onto muffin pan evenly
  11. Add chocolate chips to a clean small bowl
  12. Sprinkle chocolate mixture with muffin pan evenly
  13. Bake large mixing bowl until springy to touch - 20 min
  14. Let cool muffin pan
