Method
1. Add chicken breast and teriyaki sauce to a clean small bowl and mix
2. Chill in fridge - approx 30 min
3. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
4. Pre-heat a clean medium cast iron skillet - high heat
5. Add olive oil
6. Transfer chicken to medium cast iron skillet
7. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper
8. Cook each side - approx 3 min, high heat
9. Bake chicken - approx 15 min, 200°C
10. Add olive oil and onion to the medium cast iron skillet
11. Fry - approx 5 min
12. Add green bell pepper and teriyaki sauce
13. Stir continuously - approx 5 min, high heat
14. Transfer chicken to plate
15. Cut into strips
16. Transfer chicken to medium cast iron skillet
17. Stir - low heat
18. Wrap with flour tortilla
19. Garnish with cheddar cheese and sour cream
