Method
1. Place Masa Harina in a bowl. Add salt and stir
2. Add half of the arm water and mix well with your hands. Keep adding water until the dough is no longer crumbling but it is not sticky either
3. Once done adding water, cover the dough in plastic and let it rest for 15 – 30 minutes
4. Divide into balls then set aside
5. Flatten gently
6. Line with plastic wrap
7. Press one by one onto Tortilla press
8. Heat a dry pan slowly over Medium-low heat until it is very hot
9. Place a flattened tortilla in the pan. Cook for approximately 1 minute
10. When the underside has browned edges or spots, flip it. Cook for another minute or so
11. Keep warm with kitchen towel
12. Serve
