  2. Heat until bubbles form while stirring occasionally
  3. Boil - approx 3 min
  4. Let cool - approx 2 min
  5. Add flaked coconut, vanilla extract and kosher salt to the dough
  6. Stir thoroughly
  7. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  8. Form dough into balls
  9. Flatten dough onto baking sheet
  10. Let cool in fridge - approx 1 hr
