Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Grease a clean square pan then set aside
  3. Add unsalted butter to a clean small bowl
  4. Heat slowly until melted then set aside - Power Level 5
  5. Add coarse cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Blend until well combined then set aside
  7. Add plain yogurt and honey to a clean medium bowl
  8. Transfer content of small bowl to wet ingredients
  9. Add egg to a clean small bowl
  10. Beat until just blended
  11. Transfer eggs to wet ingredients
  12. Whisk until well blended
  13. Transfer wet ingredients to dry ingredients
  14. Stir gently until just combined
  15. Transfer batter to square pan
  16. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C, middle rack
  17. Remove carefully
  18. Cut
