These zucchini squares have such a perfect bite. They have the silky, fluffy texture of a quiche and so much flavor.

  • Baking mix icon
    Baking mix120 g
  • Parmesan cheese icon
    Parmesan cheese75 ggrated
  • Seasoned salt icon
    Seasoned salt1 teaspoon
  • Provolone cheese icon
    Provolone cheese30 gsliced
  • Garlic clove icon
    Garlic clove2minced
  • Onion icon
    Onion½finely chopped
  • Zucchini icon
    Zucchini2finely chopped
  • Egg icon

  • Canola oil icon
    Canola oil120 ml
    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Grease a clean baking pan
  • 3. Add baking mix, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, provolone cheese, garlic clove, onion, zucchini, egg and canola oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix thoroughly
  • 5. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking pan
  • 6. Bake - approx 30 min, 175°C
  • 7. Let cool onto cooling rack - approx 20 min
  • 8. Cut into squares
