These zucchini squares have such a perfect bite. They have the silky, fluffy texture of a quiche and so much flavor.

    4⅛ tbsp

    about ½ units (70g)
  • Zucchini icon

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 175°C
  2. Grease a clean baking pan
  3. Add baking mix, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, provolone cheese, garlic clove, onion, zucchini, egg and canola oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Mix thoroughly
  5. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking pan
  6. Bake - approx 30 min, 175°C
  7. Let cool onto cooling rack - approx 20 min
  8. Cut into squares
