This is one of my favourite go to dinners. Its made in one pot. You can serve it with anything you like, including potatoes, rice, quinoa, or have it just on its own. It is so fragrant and delicious. Nobody would ever know you made it well in under an hour. I love how the whole lemon is used and in just 25 minutes it cooks down to resemble preserved lemons. Absolutely divine, you wont regret making this one.
