A delicious naughty but nice treat. This is too good and it is good for you. Serve with your choice of toppings; strawberries and coconut yogurt or crispy bacon, agave and a squeeze of lime, or just on their own. This recipe uses the Paleo banana bread recipe found in my profile on the Drop app. Be sure to fully cool the Paleo banana bread before attempting to make this recipe.

Step preview

  1. Add egg, ground cinnamon and almond milk to a clean small bowl
  2. Whisk then set aside
  3. Add butter to a clean frying pan
  4. Melt - high heat
  5. Add bread slices to a clean cutting board
  6. Dip bread into eggs
  7. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown
  8. Serve
