    Method

  • 1. Add egg, ground cinnamon and almond milk to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Whisk then set aside
  • 3. Add butter to a clean frying pan
  • 4. Melt - high heat
  • 5. Dip bread slices into eggs
  • 6. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown
  • 7. Serve
