    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat a clean medium bowl oven - 170°C / 340°F
  • 2. Add banana to the medium bowl
  • 3. Mash with potato masher
  • 4. Mix in egg, agave syrup, vanilla extract and butter
  • 5. Add almond flour and coconut flour to the batter
  • 6. Mix until combined
  • 7. Transfer batter to loaf pan
  • 8. Bake - 55 min, 170°C / 340°F
  • 9. Cool in cake tin - 10 min
  • 10. Cool on round wire rack
