An easy paleo banana bread which everyone will enjoy. Tastes delicious toasted with yogurt, raspberries and a little honey drizzled on top. This is another one that adapts quite well. Add some blueberries and lemon rind and serve with ricotta or add some roughly chopped nuts for some crunch. Make sure to cool the bread completely to enjoy at its best.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat a clean medium bowl - 170°C
  2. Add banana
  3. Mash with potato masher
  4. Add beaten egg
  5. Add agave syrup
  6. Add vanilla extract
  7. Add melted butter
  8. Mix
  9. Add almond flour
  10. Add coconut flour
  11. Mix until combined
  12. Transfer batter to loaf pan
  13. Bake - 55 min, 170°C
  14. Cool in cake tin - 10 min
  15. Cool on round wire rack
