Method
1. Grease a clean loaf pan
2. Line with parchment paper
3. Grease
4. Add unsalted butter and sea salt to a clean small bowl then set aside
5. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract to a clean saucepan
6. Heat until just boiling then set aside - low heat
7. Add honey and granulated sugar to a clean large saucepan
8. Heat until just boiling
9. Measure
10. Boil
11. Transfer butter to caramel and mix
12. Transfer cream to caramel and mix
13. Stir continuously
14. Remove
15. Pour caramel into loaf pan
16. Sprinkle with sea salt
17. Let cool until set
18. Cut into squares
19. Wrap with waxed paper
