Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 170°C
  2. Add hazelnuts and almonds to a clean small bowl
  3. Transfer nuts to baking sheet
  4. Toast then set aside - 4 min
  5. Add salted butter, honey, light brown sugar and date syrup to a clean saucepan
  6. Heat until just boiling while stirring occasionally
  7. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Transfer nuts to large mixing bowl
  9. Add oats, dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds to the oat mixture
  10. Add orange to the oat mixture
  11. Mix until combined
  12. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Transfer syrup to oat mixture
  14. Stir until combined
  15. Transfer oat mixture to baking sheet
  16. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 170°C
  17. Let cool - approx 5 min
  18. Cut into squares
