  • Plain yogurt icon
    Plain yogurt500 g

  • Baking soda icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C / 375°F
  • 2. Grease a clean loaf pan
  • 3. Add plain yogurt, egg and baking soda to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Blend until combined
  • 5. Add oats to the mixture
  • 6. Mix in until just combined
  • 7. Transfer mixture to loaf pan
  • 8. Bake until golden brown - 1 hr, 190°C / 375°F
  • 9. Turn out on round wire rack
  • 10. Return to the Oven
  • 11. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 190°C / 375°F
