Step preview

  1. Add eggplant and garlic clove to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mash with potato masher
  3. Add ground cumin, paprika, ground cinnamon, tahini, ground almonds and cilantro to the medium bowl
  4. Mix until just combined
  5. Form
  6. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan
  7. Fry in frying pan until golden brown - medium heat
  8. Serve
