Method
1. Add rolled oats, pistachios, sunflower seeds, pecan pieces, coconut, ground flaxseed and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Mix until combined
3. Add banana, coconut oil, milk, vanilla extract and honey to a clean medium bowl
4. Mix
5. Transfer wet ingredients to oat mixture
6. Mix thoroughly until well combined
7. Add dates to a clean small glass bowl
8. Fill with water
9. Heat until boiling - 3 min 30 sec
10. Set aside - approx 5 min
11. Drain
12. Mash until smooth
13. Add dark chocolate chips to a clean small glass bowl
14. Heat until melted - 1 min
15. Transfer chocolate mixture to chocolate mixture
16. Add peanut butter to the chocolate mixture
17. Stir until well combined
18. Prepare a clean square pan with parchment paper
19. Transfer half of oat mixture to square pan
20. Press evenly
21. Transfer chocolate mixture to square pan
22. Spread evenly
23. Transfer the rest of oat mixture to square pan
24. Spread evenly and cover
25. Chill in fridge - approx 2 hr
26. Cut into squares
27. Wrap individually with plastic wrap
