Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with foil
  3. Get a clean plate
  4. Place salmon filet
  5. Pat dry with paper towels
  6. Transfer fish to baking sheet
  7. Get a clean small bowl
  8. Add olive oil
  9. Add cayenne pepper
  10. Add salt & pepper generously
  11. Mix well
  12. Transfer marinade to plate
  13. Coat completely
  14. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  15. Broil briefly until crispy - approx 1 min
  16. Sprinkle with lemon juice lightly
