    ½ tbsp (7ml)
  • Cayenne pepper icon
    Cayenne pepper
    1 tsp (2g)
  • Salt & pepper icon

    1½ tsp (about ½)

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with foil
  3. Place salmon filet on a clean plate
  4. Pat dry with paper towels
  5. Transfer fish to baking sheet
  6. Add olive oil and cayenne pepper to a clean small bowl
  7. Add salt & pepper to the marinade generously
  8. Mix well
  9. Transfer marinade to plate
  10. Coat completely
  11. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  12. Broil briefly until crispy - approx 1 min
  13. Sprinkle with lemon juice lightly
