Ingredients

    1 tbsp (15ml)
  • Spinach icon

    1¾ cups
  • Milk icon

    ¾ cup (180ml)

Step preview

  1. Add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and grapeseed oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix until smooth
  3. Add spinach and milk to a clean blender jug
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Transfer mixture to dough gradually
  6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  7. Knead - approx 5 min
  8. Cover with plastic wrap
  9. Let rest in fridge - 30 min
  10. Divide into balls
  11. Flatten one by one
  12. Roll out evenly
  13. Transfer content of lightly floured surface to medium cast iron skillet
  14. Cook each side - approx 2 min, high heat
  15. Serve
