Step preview

  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour
  3. Add salt
  4. Add baking powder
  5. Add grapeseed oil
  6. Mix until smooth
  7. Get a clean blender jug
  8. Add spinach
  9. Add milk
  10. Blend until smooth
  11. Transfer mixture to dough gradually
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Knead - approx 5 min
  14. Cover with plastic wrap
  15. Let rest in fridge - 30 min
  16. Divide into balls
  17. Flatten one by one
  18. Roll out evenly
  19. Transfer content of lightly floured surface to medium cast iron skillet
  20. Cook each side - approx 2 min, high heat
  21. Serve
